·        One voucher per customer per event per day

·        Qualifying bet and Free Bet voucher must be placed in person

·        Where we believe that multiple bets are placed on behalf of a customer, we reserve right to void any free bets

·        Where numerous qualifying bets apply on one slip, the voucher to the highest qualifying stake will be issued,unless otherwise stated.

·        A losing slip must be presented to generate  Free Bet voucher.

.        If a customer has also placed a bet on the winning selection of an event, there will not be an entitlement to a Free Bet voucher.
